3. Product Availability & Descriptions

Because The Billable Flower works with natural, seasonal materials and handmade goods:

  • Availability changes frequently based on season, harvest, and materials on hand.

  • Colors, sizes, and styles may vary slightly from photos.

  • Floral substitutions may be made when specific varieties are unavailable, with care taken to maintain the overall look and value of the arrangement.

  • Flowers are often, but not always, sourced from The Billable Flower's home garden.

We strive for accurate descriptions but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy for natural or handcrafted items.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.

Prices may change without prior notice. Payment is due at checkout for online purchases and at the time of service for consulting or in‑person sales.

5. Garden Consulting Services

  • Clients must provide safe access to outdoor and gardening areas.

  • Advice is based on experience and best practices, but outcomes depend on factors beyond our control (weather, soil conditions, pests, etc.).
