Refund Policy
flowers: no refunds available after pickup. purchasers agree and understand that flower longevity depends on numerous factors outside our control, including how they are cared for upon receipt. flower orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of arranged pickup time for a 100% refund.
subscriptions: No refunds available unless seller is unable to fulfill a subscription order, in which case seller will refund 100% of the cost of that week(s) subscription cost. subscribers may not skip weeks; please share with friends who may pick up on your behalf and enjoy your flowers if you are unable to pick up on a certain week.
CRafts: no refunds available after pickup. if you experience issues with your order after pickup, please contact tbf to discuss replacement options.
consulting: Appointments may be cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time for 100% refund. Please contact TBF if you need to cancel within that 24-hour window. If TBF cancels, you will receive a 100% refund.
